Eligibility for Refunds • You can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. • To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be refunded. 2. We will provide further instructions for returning the item.
3. Once we receive the item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product,
